🍓 Summer Glow Berry Yogurt Bowl ☀️
Cool, refreshing, and ready in 5 minutes — the perfect way to fuel your body on a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced 🍓
¼ cup blueberries 🫐
1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed
1 tbsp honey or a drizzle of maple syrup (optional)
Handful of granola or crushed almonds for crunch

Instructions:
Spoon yogurt into a bowl.
Top with berries, seeds, and granola.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Chill for a few minutes or enjoy right away (Pro tip - freeze your berries for an extra chill factor)!
