🚨 CLIENT UPDATE: 3 MONTHS OF TRAINING PROGRESS

She trains with me in person 2–3 days a week and is already recomping! 📈

She came to me wanting more structure so I said cool gave her a clear plan, and we got to work. ✅ But the plan only works if you do! she does her cardio, eats in a calorie deficit, and stays consistent. 🏋🏽‍♀️🥗

If you want to see visible changes in your body, you have to be willing to stay consistent. 🎯

✨ More shape
✨ More definition
✨ More strength

And we’re just getting started! 🚀

If you’re ready to stop guessing and start following the same structured approach I gave her, DM me “TRANSFORM” to get started. 📲💪🏽

May 2026 ➡️ August 2026

A few months of consistency can make a BIG difference. 🔥

When she first started online coaching, I had to help her understand that effective training isn’t always exciting. Sometimes, the best training is simple & repetitive 🔁.

I gave her a structured workout plan and a meal-plan framework to follow, but she did the work. She did her cardio, followed the plan, and the progress speak for itself.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and want the exact plan I gave her, 📲 DM me “TRANSFORM” to start following a plan designed to produce results. 💪🏾

Still amazed at the progress my client is making 😮‍💨🔥

When we first started in February, she didn’t have much glute development, so the goal was to build her strength first, then focus on creating more shape and symmetry. Still working on developing more as we speak but this just an update within the journey.

Right now, she has 2 designated leg days — and we hip thrust on both. Non-negotiable.

One day is more quad-focused, the other is more posterior/glute-focused. She also has 1 upper body day and 1 full body day where we still touch legs a bit.

We fluctuate the intensity between heavy and lighter days to prevent overexertion, but over my years of training, I’ve learned that the legs can handle more stress and volume than almost any other muscle group.

Her staples are:

✅ Hip thrusts
✅ Lunges / Bulgarians / step-ups
✅ Sumo squats
✅ Leg press
✅ Cable kickbacks
✅ Abductions

We don’t do a lot of RDLs because of her lower back, so I adjust her training around what she can actually feel and progress in.

And the biggest part? She is VERY consistent. She does not miss sessions.

There’s still more work to do, but the progress is visible — and she earned every bit of it 🔥

Proud of you
