🏆Game #8🏆

Tomorrow night, we return to Walter Joyce Stadium, and there’s NOTHING like going to battle in front of OUR PEOPLE!

Our community. Our family. Our HOME.

The challenge is big. The opportunity is BIGGER. We know what’s in front of us, and we wouldn’t want it any other way!

LET’S GO TO WORK!
Can’t wait to be back at home tomorrow night!

Belief is a powerful thing, and we believe in this team and we believe in our kids!

🏆Game #7🏆

“You can go through a lot…and still get better anyway.”

Everything we’ve faced. Every lesson we’ve learned. Every storm we’ve weathered. It’s all been preparing us for moments like THIS.

Time to stay anchored! No looking back. No slowing down. No drifting away.

See y’all tonight down the road!

The bye week is over. The road is calling!

We know what’s waiting ahead, and we’re not running from it! We’re not waiting for the storm to pass. We’re going straight through it. TOGETHER!

🏆SA Express News Game Ball🏆

Big-time performance. Well-earned recognition!

Congratulations to #3 Weston Jackson on being named a San Antonio Express-News Week 5 Game Ball Recipient!

🏆Golden Oarsman of the Week🏆

Some performances show up on a stat sheet. Others tell a story. Friday night, Weston Jackson did both.

After everything our team has walked through these last few weeks, our QB stepped into the huddle and helped lead our offense with confidence, toughness, and BELIEF.

8/10 | 136 Passing Yards | 1 TD
20 Carries | 225 Rushing Yards | 3 TDs

361 total yards. 4 touchdowns.

But what we’re most proud of is the young man behind those numbers. He competed. He believed. He kept answering the bell…and his brothers followed.

Another outstanding performance from #3, but an even better example of what happens when preparation meets opportunity.

🏆Oarsmen of the Week🏆

Sometimes the biggest moments don’t belong to the guys everyone expects. Sometimes they belong to the ones who are simply ready when their opportunity comes!

Friday night, PJ Guillen, Tait Townsend, and Ethaneal Presti each found a way to impact our football team.

PJ continued to battle and bring an edge at OLB. Tait was asked to step into a position he hadn’t played all season….and instead of flinching, he stepped up for his team! Ethaneal continued to embrace his role as our kicker and delivered when we needed him to!

You don’t always get to choose your role. You DO get to choose how you respond when your number is called.

These three dudes who helped move our boat forward Friday night!

🏆Sub Varsity Scores🏆

Proud of our sub-varsity teams for their energy and effort last night at Poteet!

Our kids showed up, competed, and fought!
We celebrate the wins, we learn from the losses, and we keep moving forward together.

Pirates go 2-1 yesterday!
