Schedule update until further notice: Sunday at 11am, Tuesdays at 7:30am and Fridays at 8am. Always at Black Bear Hole.

The cold water swimming season starts this Tuesday on October 1st! Our schedule for October will be Tuesday mornings at 7am with Matthew, Fridays mornings at 7am with Matt, and Sunday at noon with Amy. We will meet at Black Bear Hole for all dips and the hosts will provide hot drinks for after your dip. Looking forward to meeting all the new dippers this year!

Lyons Wild Swimming Group is still meeting on Sundays at noon, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30am at Black Bear Hole. Our schedule will be changing for the summer after May 5th but Sunday, May 5th at noon we will be meeting for a dip at Black Bear Hole for our end of the cold water season party (treats and tunes)! I’ll update with the summer schedule closer to May 5th. Thanks and hope to see you at a dip soon!

All experience levels welcome. Just dip your legs in, dunk your whole head, or watch from the bridge. Hot tea provided after. Please never dip alone and always get out of the water when is comfortable for your own body.
