As promised here are the results of the boys sectional last Thursday evening.

4x100 - 5th place - Grimes,Milburn,Dimmett,Smith
4x400 - 8th place - Grimes,McKinley,Jackson,Dimmett
4x800 - 6th place - Peerman,Lin,Mahoney,Jacinto
Kyle Jackson - 5th place 300 hurdles and 6th place long jump
Noah Dimmett - 5th place “after scratches” 3rd place
REGIONAL QUALIFIER!
Cole Kirsch - 5th place shot put
Oliver Marshall - 6th place shot put
Hunter Utzman - 5th place discus

Remember Girls Regional is tonight please support Ava and Hazel in their quest for state.

This picture is from a week ago after PAC’s. However I feel it describes and defines this group of kids to a tee. They have bonded over this year and became a team in more ways than our coaching staff could have dreamed.

Although we fell a little bit short of advancing to regionals as individuals last night as a team we had one of our best showings at sectionals in a while. 6th place as a team!

From your coaching staff I believe I can speak for all of us. Keep pushing, let no one out work you, great things will happen. We believe in you and are incredibly proud of you!

A big congratulations to Ava Kissel for advancing to regionals in the 100 M dash and Long Jump. Ava won Long Jump with a distance of 17’10”. Hazel Melton is advancing to Regionals in shot put and Discus.

Come watch Ava and Hazel at regionals May 27th at Evansville Central.
