Here we are at the Westgate in Las Vegas for the World Championships! Watching SVB, Filler, Gorst, and Thorpe play their matches is pretty exciting, but here’s some updates on some other players we all know and love!!

So far JJ has played 9 ball singles bronze division and finished tied for 33rd.

Jen and Buck went undefeated and won the preliminary bracket and have advanced into the single-elimination finals bracket (money round) in the scotch doubles bronze division. They play their next match at 9pm PST.

Singles 8 ball starts tomorrow morning at 9am PST, and we have Mark, Mike, Jen, Buck, and JJ all playing.

If anyone is interested in joining the league without the commitment just yet, we need a few subs tonight (and typically need one or two almost every week, so there are always opportunities to play). Teams pay for their subs to play, so you would only be responsible for the $20 annual sanctioning fee for the calendar year. It’s the perfect time to join!!

Hi everyone! We’ve taken what we learned with our warm up session and some suggestions from players and created local bylaws. I’m posting them here so everyone can see them ahead of time, and they will also be included with your packets on Friday.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone Friday for the first night of the new session!!

Cold. Hard. Cash. (And having a great time winning it!)

This league just paid out $2,700 to its players for just an 11-week warmup session, with $12 a week dues. With this upcoming full-length session, the payouts will be over $4,000!!!

We are working on finalizing the next session of the Lynchburg BCA Pool League, starting on January 9th at the The Clubhouse Sports Bar and Grill on Fridays at 7:00 pm! If you are a returning team, or if you are looking to bring a new team, please send your rosters to us either through a message, or email [email protected] by Friday, January 2nd, so we can finalize the schedule. If you are looking to possibly join a team, either now or in the future, let us know and we will do everything we can to connect you with other players.

Space is limited, so don’t hesitate!

AND THAT’S A WRAP!!! Tonight was the end of our 11 week warm up session to introduce Lynchburg to BCA pool league!! We had 8 teams learning right along with us and we love how much fun everyone seemed to have!! We are excited to have a few of our players making their way to Las Vegas in February to play in the BCA Pool League Championships! Thanks for being a part of this, and we look forward to our first full session in January!!
