For our Tuesday night players. I did not cancel league tonight. If you can not make it just let us know. We are off on the 30th because I made a mistake thinking it was New Year’s Eve so if you have any make up matches feel free to do them then.

Tuesday league was submitted with 19 people. I added one more but that will not show on the schedule till tomorrow. Hopefully whats there now does not change and that person just filled the bye spot.

IT'S BACK!!!!

The Royal Weekend XI is here! October 17th through 19th.

There are some changes to registration this time. To try and avoid fees for entry, I will do a pay at the event registration. However, I do require that you pre-register for this event using the links below, the QR codes on the flyer, or through Digitalpool.com

Payment will be taken Saturday morning October 18th at the event or, you can prepay by getting with me personally.

Just wanted to let everyone playing Wednesday nights know that Casey's team is now a bye on the schedule again. I have went in and added 17 bye points to everyone's team. This is to make things fair since one team had played them and had 17 points for the match.

This is the response from NAPA: Casey's Team has been turned into a BYE. Total BYE points for all upcoming opponents is 17 points

When a team (or an individual in a Singles league) drops out of the league, it causes an unfair advantage for some of the remaining players in your league who might have had the opportunity to play the dropped out player, while others did not.

Those that did not are left without the opportunity to score points against this dropped out player.

In 2010, NAPA HQ came up with a solution to this dilemma. It's called "BYE points".

First, we change the dropped player to a "BYE" in your schedule. Then, we simply calculate the average points that all of the dropped out player's opponents scored against him/her. We then give this average score as free points to all upcoming opponents of the dropped player who did not have an opportunity to play against him/her. This keeps it fair. The points are free. Those in receipt of those points do not need to pay dues for them.
