Welcome to the MGFM Fitness page! We’ve filed for our LLC and are working to launch Our Home-based fitness business to provide a private, fully equipped garage gym for selected local members who either want a “close-by” place to exercise or anyone trying to avoid gym crowds. Memberships will allow individuals to reserve time for themselves throughout the week.

I will also be providing personal training services geared toward athletes looking to improve over all performance, strength and conditioning. Additionally I will provide “tactical” style training tailored for service men and women to teach how to train the body to perform under the most extreme conditions.

We are in the early phases so services are not official yet, but we have a bright future ahead! -Josh
