EXTENDED SEASON IS NOW!!!!!
We will be focusing on particular strokes each day to really try to emphasize technique. Of course, we encourage all swimmers to come on each day, but we are sending the stroke schedule so that swimmers who want to focus on a certain stroke know when it will be addressed:
July 8th: Butterfly
July 10th: Free/Back
July 11th: Starts/Turns
July 14th: Individual Medley/Starts/Turns
July 15th: Breast/Free
July 17th: Back/Fly
July 18th: Fun Friday
