Hello everyone!
My Karate team and I will be competing at the champships at the end of the month. These kids have worked super hard. They put in hours every week and competed in 6+ tournaments to make it to our biggest competition stage. We would really appreciate your help in supporting us raise money for the competition! These two boys are hard workers! Both of them train 4-6 days a week and have come so far in such a short amount of time.

Their first Karate tournament was a success! I'm mostly proud that they were brave enough to even get out there, but they both placed very well in their divisions.

Now that the nerves are out the way, it's time to make these two champions! Long and painful hours of training are coming their way!

5-6 year old Karate: Tues & Thurs 5:45-6:45
7-13 year old Karate: Tues & Thur 6:45-7:45

Private Classes: Fri 5:45-6:45

Everyone,

I have pieced together a hand full of small workouts for anyone. I have tried to put an advanced exercise and a beginner version. If you are unable to look up any exercise please feel free to message me for help.

Cardio Ladies. These are for yall to use on days we do not have class. The workouts I am listing are very simple. That way in class we can do more advance exercises. I recommend doing these Tuesdays and Thursdays and adding in your home cardio equipment or going on a run/walk on Fridays or weekends as well.
