Spring Championships was a huge success! We had a great time visiting the University of Southern Mississippi Esports Program for Championships this past week. We viewed all the games for the championships and watched how streaming works for our team moving forward. We are proud of our progress this year and look forward to what is next as our team grows!

26-27 Esports Season Interest Meeting – Don’t Miss Out!

Next year’s esports season is coming fast, and we’re building our teams now!

Whether you’re a serious competitor or just curious, come check us out and see what we’re all about. This is the ONLY interest meeting for the upcoming school year, so don’t miss your chance. A legal guardian is required at the meeting in order to be considered for the team.

Backup players

Playoffs are here! No teams were invited to the playoffs this year, but for our first season of full play, we were very successful! Our top Middle School and High School teams were the following team:

Middle School Rogue Chess Matthew Goff
- Matthew ranked as the number one chess player in the central region! That is a huge accomplishment, despite Middle School teams having no playoffs. We are very proud of Matthew.

High School Super Smash Bros. Gold Squad
Our top High School SSB team ranked as 33rd in the state. If they had ranked 32nd, they would have been invited to the playoffs! Despite the unfortunate close end to our season, we are so proud of our first team narrowly missing the playoffs!

If you think you can help our team reach the playoffs next year, show up to our interest meeting on Thursday, April 30, at 5:30 PM in the High School cafeteria! See ya there!

Senior Spotlight!

In our inaugural year of Esports, we were fortunate to have two seniors step up as leaders: Jayden Diamond and Elijah Davis. Their commitment, initiative, and leadership have been vital in establishing and sustaining our program.

We are especially grateful for their dedication to building something they may not have the opportunity to fully benefit from, but that will positively impact future players for years to come.

Please join us in wishing Jayden and Elijah continued success in their future endeavors, both in life and in gaming. Thank you both for your outstanding support for our team!
