Texas Blaze NTX National Red 2033 - DLo Alvarez

10/07/2026

Today we celebrate National Coach’s Day and want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to our coaches!

Thank you for the countless hours you put into our girls, both on and off the field. Thank you for pushing them when they need it, encouraging them when things get tough, celebrating their successes, and teaching them that being a great teammate and person matters just as much as being a great ballplayer.

The lessons you’re teaching these girls will stay with them far beyond the softball field. Your time, dedication, patience, passion, and belief in them do not go unnoticed.

We are incredibly grateful to have you leading Texas Blaze NTX National Red 2033. Thank you for investing in our girls, challenging them to be better, and helping them believe in themselves.

Happy National Coach’s Day, Coach Javy, Coach Bo & Coach Roy! 🥎 ❤️💙🥎

We appreciate you more than you know!

Hard-fought weekend! 🔥🥎

Beyond proud of these girls and the way they battled through injuries, adversity, and some tough moments throughout the weekend.

Saturday, the girls finished 0-1-2, earning the 8th seed and punching their ticket into the Gold Bracket on Sunday.

Sunday brought another tough battle. After dropping the first game, the girls bounced back and won the next two games, putting themselves just one win away from advancing to the Gold Championship.

Unfortunately, we came up just short.

But the fight, effort, and resilience these girls showed all weekend is what is exciting to see what’s to come. Every weekend is an opportunity to learn, develop, and get better.

We’ll take the lessons, keep putting in the work, and continue to grow each and every weekend.

Proud of this group.

🔥 WEEKEND RECAP!! 🔥

Texas Blaze NTX National Red 2033 DLO/Alvarez

3-2 on a hot weekend of softball! 🥵🥎

The girls went 3-0 in pool play to earn their spot in the Championship Bracket. They battled, competed, and grinded through the weekend against some really good teams — all while continuing to grow together as a team.

📊 Team Stats
• .427 Team Batting Average
• 28 Runs Scored
• 3-0 Pool Play

🏆 Weekend MVP — Dylan “DJ” Baladez
DJ absolutely balled out behind the plate! She hit .667 this weekend and was a straight DAWG at catcher. Tough, competitive, and locked in every inning. 🔥

🏆 Co-MVP — Crosby Crichton
Crosby also hit .667 and was stellar defensively, making plays all over the infield at 3rd Base and Shortstop. She brought the energy and competed every inning! 💪

I’m extremely proud of this group. We’re learning, competing, and growing every weekend. There’s still plenty to clean up, but the fight and effort these girls are showing is something special.

Keep grinding. Keep believing. Keep getting better.

IRON SHARPENS IRON. ⚔️
