I was incredibly blessed to begin working with the social media team during my senior year, and even more honored to serve as Social Media Manager while continuing my fifth year in graduate school. One of my biggest goals this year was to make sure every member of this team felt represented and recognized, because at the end of the day, that is exactly what we are: a team. Every practice, jackpot, rodeo, and win mattered to me, because the people behind them mattered to me.
Thank you to everyone who supported the team, interacted with the posts, shared photos, hyped up our athletes, and encouraged my work along the way. Your support means more than you know.
Texas Tech Rodeo will always hold a special place in my heart, and I’ll forever be cheering this team on from wherever life takes me next. Please continue showing that same Red Raider love to the social media managers and students who tell the story of this program in the years to come.
