Ups and downs at LCU Team Camp for both JV and Varsity but this is why we play in the summer, to get better and grow! Varsity was scattered today so we didnt get a picture but proud of all the girls that were able to show up this weekend!

We are excited to welcome our new assistant coach to the Lady Westerner Basketball Program, Sam Torres! 🏀

Coach Torres, is excited to get started with the Lady Westerners this summer and whether in the classroom or on the court, he believes growth happens when high expectations are paired with genuine support and strong relationships!

Coach Torres, graduated from Tarleton State University with his Bachelors and Masters Degree. Has been in education for 11 years. He is coming from Bronte, Tx where he was the head girls basketball coach for 9 years.
