We had a great group at our Good Line Beer Co run tonight, including several ladies joining us from the 806runninggirlz while their club took a break! It's great having such a collaborative running community in Lubbock with so many opportunities to get out there and move.

We heard there might be some Girlz in Lubbock looking for a place to run while the 806 Running Girlz take a week off on Monday, June 22. All are welcome to join us at the RUN LBK Good Line Group Run or any of our other weekly group runs!

Join us at 6:30 p.m. to run, walk, or ruck a two-mile loop around the Tech Terrace neighborhood. Good Line Beer Co offers us a generous $2 discount off beers after. The brewery is family-friendly — kids are welcome, and they offer non-alcoholic drink options.

We gather outside on the side patio and take a group photo just before leaving. Our walking group will be with us as well.

RUN LBK weekly group runs are always free. Just show up, run, + have fun.

About to have our first club run of the year where the temperature will be north of 100.

Now is a good time to remind you.

Hydrate!! Make sure you’re prepping for them high heats by drinking water all day the day before your run and the day of.

Hydration starts early so you can stay safe!!

Carry water if you feel like you need to! Some good options out there for vests, water bladders, etc.
