Run, walk, or ruck a two-mile loop around the Tech Terrace neighborhood with us at the RUN LBK Good Line Group Run - June 8! Itā€™s an all-paces-friendly route, and regardless of when you finish there will always be fellow runners waiting at the brewery to have a beer and visit after! And Good Line Beer Co offers us a generous $2 discount off beers after.

Every Monday at 6:30 p.m., we gather outside on the patio and take a group photo just before leaving. Our walking group will be with us as well.

RUN LBK weekly group runs are always free. Just show up, run, + have fun.

Great group as always! Starting to really feel like summer ā˜€ļø

Sunday runners meet out at the Canyon Lakes East Parking Lot at Dunbar Lake every Sunday at 6am. Feel free to come join us!

There will be some construction at the dam over the next couple of weeks so our route will have a small detour, but still makes for some great mileage!

It also stated that the shirts are here and ready. They will be at Two Docs tonight and at the run on Saturday a bit early if you want to pick it up there.

Yes, yes we did meet for a group run this morning. I contacted my Connection and asked Him to shut the water off in time for us to run this morning. He obliged, but we had to figure out how to stay dry.

Thankfully, Odd Man didnā€™t show up. That way we hit the bakerā€™s dozen again (counting the picture-taker)! šŸ˜œ

The first Wednesday of every June is Global Running Day!
lbk well, we treat every day like a run day! But this oneā€™s special! Today you need to get that run in, share it with your friends and family (like we could possibly run and not talk about it!) and enjoy our shared love for running!!!

is also doing something special! They are trying to set a record number of 5kā€™s logged in the system.

We have two great opportunities for you to join us and get that run, walk or ruck done!
