🌿 Rooted & Resilient Hatha: Hip Series Begins 🌿
This week we begin a new journey—an exploration of the hips.
The hips hold so much more than muscle and structure. They are a crossroads of stability and mobility, strength and surrender. A place where we often store tension, protect, and brace… and also where we can rediscover fluidity, support, and ease.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll gently and intentionally:
✨ Build strength and stability in the hip complex
✨ Explore range of motion without force
✨ Connect breath to sensation
✨ Unwind patterns of holding—physically and energetically
This is not about “opening” the hips as an end goal.
It’s about listening, supporting, and creating space for your body to move with more freedom and trust.
Come as you are. No forcing. No striving. Just practice.
