We’re HERE and we’re excited to answer any questions you have about our Spirit-Led Leadership program.

This is something we’ve become so passionate about over the last year or so.

In fact, several of our team members shared that if they had to pick just ONE thing to spend their time on within our ministry it would be THIS coaching community. Walking with leaders, supporting them, and showing them a better way of impact —working out of an overflow rather than on empty.

CHANGES TO WEDNESDAY PRAYER:

UPDATE: During the summer the Iron Bell will be open just ONCE a month on the first Wednesday of the month. The new time frame will be from 7-10 am.

At this monthly session, we will also offer live worship music, which is always a special experience!

All this begins the first week of June (next week!) Please help us spread the word so others know about this schedule change.

We’d love to make the first Wednesdays of each month full of intention and expectation as we gather to seek His presence and engage in live worship. We hope to see you!

Resharing this from our ministry because it captures our heart!

Our retreat barn is NOT central to what we do, though we thoroughly enjoy the space. Coaching and retreats are not the core of what we’re about although it’s a huge part of how we spend our time.

Caring for PEOPLE is at the center of everything we do.

Whether that’s through our Spirit-Led Leadership groups, where we walk alongside leaders for 2 years as they increase their impact while rooting their lives in Christ and community.

It might look like a 1:1 coaching session focused on life transition or a workshop for a team desiring better connection and collaboration.

It’s people choosing to show up to start their day well by praying on Wednesday mornings.

We are a team of people who want to care for other people and the purposes God has for them. Thanks for being a part! Thanks for sharing why you love the ministry too!
