REGISTRATION INFORMATION: *Register Online: www.smbcupward.com The early registration cost per child for basketball is $60; after October 29, the cost is $75. The early registration cost per child for cheerleading is $65; after October 29, the cost is $75. Deadline for registration is November 5. Basketball shorts are optional at a cost of $12. Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $12. Please make checks payable to St. Matthews Baptist Church EVALUATION INFORMATION: Everyone MUST attend one basketball or cheerleading evaluation/orientation. Evaluations will take place at St. Matthews Baptist. If you are not able to attend at your scheduled time, please come at another evaluation time listed. 1st/2nd Grade Boys & Girls Sunday, November 3, between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Kindergarten Boys & Girls and 7th/8th Grade Boys Monday, November 4, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. 3rd Through 6th Grade Boys & Girls Tuesday, November 5, between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. LEAGUE SCHEDULE: Practices Begin-Week of December 2 First Game--Saturday, January 4, 2014 Awards Celebration--Sunday, February 23, 2014
