Group Fitness Room with classes that include Core Strength, Zumba (Zumba.com), Yoga and is designed for all fitness levels. Recumbent Bikes
Trotter, Cybex, Life Fitness, and Hammer Strength machines. Tons of both free weights and selectorized machines
Dumbbells from 2 lbs. up to 120 lbs. Silver Sneakers program with classes M-F 10:00AM. See calendar for class schedules
