If you haven't checked out The Studio by Intensity Fitness, make tomorrow morning the day to do it! I'll be teaching a 10:00am Vinyasa yoga class and you can see the beautiful space and see all the other classes offered.

While I know the big game has the same start time as my Yoga Core class tomorrow, you will be doing yourself a favor (especially Cat fans) if you come and find your yoga balance and then join the game in the 2nd quarter. See you there! HYL 12pm :)
