Tomorrow is the day! The largest cash prize bughouse tournament in Kentucky history takes place at Roots 101 Museum, 124 North 1st street, Louisville, KY.

It starts promptly at 1 pm. The team entry fee is seven dollars. One of the two team players must be under 17. This competition will be limited to 32 teams.

Why limited? The top four finishing teams are competing for over one thousand dollars in cash prizes! Can you use an extra 600, 400 or 250 dollars?

At 11 am we do blitz chess...entry fee five dollars. The time control is G/5, six rounds. First place and second place only in each section receive a prize.

After the tournament there will be a nice social gather for all chess folk at a nearby hotel.

The Butch Mosby Chess Classic takes place on October 11, Saturday at Roots-101 Museum, Louisville KY. It is the largest cash prize bughouse tournament in chess Kentucky history!

The first place team receives 600 dollars!
