Congrats Lexi! Great get for BU!

𝘾𝙊𝙈𝙈𝙄𝙏𝙏𝙀𝘿 ‼️ The start to our Class of ‘27 commits just got even better with the addition KS State Champion Lexi Wall from Circle HS, one of the state’s best 💥Lexi has placed 1st, 2nd, and 3rd at State and has an 84-7 career HS record. Also a Regional Champion and 3x finalist. She has been a Freestyle & Greco State champ and 4x placer. She is a Team KS National Duals & Fargo Qualifier, as well. She is a dedicated hard worker and tough-minded competitor, ready to take her talents and skills to the next level.

Lexi is also an Honor Roll student and all-around great person, a great fit for our BU culture and program.

From Coach Harris: “Lexi is not just a great wrestler, she is a true competitor, and that’s another whole dimension of winning wrestling. She will have a great career at BU because of that, she has what it takes to keep getting better, and the push & drive to win and also help others around her win, too. We are very excited to have her join what we are building here at Baker U, she is a bigtime addition to our program.:”

We’ve recently had 4 wrestlers drop out due to scheduling conflicts, prior commitments, or joining another team. We are looking to make some noise at GroWrestling’s Central Cup girls freestyle duals!

We are looking to fill the following weights, each with a 2 lb allowance!

Grades 7-12

95, 100, 110, 130, 135, 140, 190, 235

MISSOURI HAS A NO. 1 FUTURE OLYMPIAN

10U wrestler Trinh Tse has been named the No. 1-ranked 10U Girls wrestler in the country in USA Wrestling’s Future Olympian Rankings.

These rankings aren’t based on opinions or someone sitting behind a desk deciding who belongs at the top. They’re based on actual results from major USA Wrestling events across folkstyle, freestyle and Greco-Roman.

For a youth wrestler to put together the results necessary to finish No. 1 in the country is an incredible accomplishment. But for Missouri girls wrestling, it means even more.

We’re seeing Missouri girls compete earlier, travel farther, wrestle tougher competition and start making their mark on the national scene. Trinh being recognized as the best 10U Girls wrestler in the country is another reminder that the next generation of Missouri girls is coming.

Love this video! Graysen is awesome and a big part of our family! My guy is passionate about watching our teams wrestle! You can find him in our corner or mat-side coaching and cheering on our kids! He always has our lineups and brackets handy, and prefers old school paper copies like me! I’m going to have something special for him next time I see him!
