Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York Nicole Alvarez began her formal dance training at John Dewey H.S. under the artistic guidance of the John Michael Goring and continued her undergraduate work in business management at Long Island University.

Pilates Avenue Los Gatos is celebrating two milestones: Nancy's 20th year teaching Pilates and the eighth anniversary of the studio. It's been hard, fun work. We've learned so much from the people we've had the opportunity to work with. Together we've overcome challenges old and new. No doubt, we are stronger for it -- both inside and outside of the studio. Many thanks for your support, especially in these Covid times. Onward and upward! (Or in and up!)
