🚨 Injury Update: Luka Doncic Clears Concern After Groin Scare vs. Warriors
Los Angeles Lakers head coach JJ Redick has provided a reassuring update on Luka Doncic after the superstar was spotted clutching his groin during Tuesday night’s 119–109 loss to the Golden State Warriors.
Speaking to reporters following Wednesday’s team practice, Redick eased concerns among Lakers fans:
“He seems to be fine,” Redick said, via ESPN’s Dave McMenamin. “I don’t think it’s anything major. He got some treatment this morning and we didn’t practice long, but he was a participant in practice.”
Doncic’s participation in practice is a promising sign for the Lakers, who are looking to bounce back after their defeat to Golden State. The team will continue to monitor his status, but early indications suggest the issue isn’t serious.
