UPDATE: The gentleman in the picture went back to search and found him!! Balto is back with his owner!! Please be on the lookout for this small Husky. His name is Balto. He is 10 years old and nearly blind. I saw him between mile 7.0 and 7.25. I posted on a missing pets FB page and his owner answered right away. He came right out but Balto had already wandered off. He as been on his own since Friday.
