Our photographers worked so hard to bring this vision to life, and the LAPD Boxing Team is proud to announce that Beauty & Grit is officially available.

Beauty & Grit takes you inside the Los Angeles Police Department in a way you’ve never seen before. This photo book captures the real, everyday moments of our officers — their dedication, their grit, and the humanity behind the badge. Guided by the LAPD Boxing Team and created in partnership with professional photographers, every image reflects the heart and soul of the men and women who serve our city.

Each page highlights a different role and responsibility, documented with honesty and respect to tell the true story of those who protect our communities. This project is more than a tribute — it’s a lifeline. Proceeds from Beauty & Grit support the LAPD Family Support Group, providing essential assistance to the families of officers who have passed, both on and off duty.

Join us in honoring and remembering those who make sacrifices every day to keep Los Angeles safe.
