Let’s get real for a second. I never had dreams of working in fitness. I didn’t go to school for it. I didn’t seek it out. It’s something that just happened. And I thank God every single day that it did.

So the hours are cool and so are the free workouts, but that’s not what wakes me up in the mornings (and we all know how much I hate mornings). It’s YOU. It’s the Red Room. It’s the community. And that’s why I’m celebrating what we’ve built by taking part in the United We Sprint Challenge.
