tis’ the damn season to recreate Taylor’s Time person of year photo shoot & channel that energy for 2024 :)

When I saw that photo of her & her cat, I knew Schmitty & I needed to recreate it. As silly as it is, Taylor really is a role model for me to realize that anything is possible if you follow your vision. I definitely added her to my vision board which makes these photos even more fitting. Anyways, I love you & am beyond grateful for this community we’ve built. I’ll see you tomorrow for the start of our 2024: Year of MORE program. 💻🧘🏼‍♀️

Smiling BRIGHT as I recap the past year of movement with y’all. What a gift it is to do what I do & hopefully be a bright light in your day. happy holidays my loves! I know this time of year is extremely busy for all but remember that the best investment you’ll ever make is on yourself. Take small moments throughout your day to move, get outside, meditate, read, or simply just be still. Make yourself a priority ⚡️

I took a solo trip to Europe (my first real trip away from work in years) & here are a few takeaways from my journal:
✔️the only person judging me for traveling alone was myself
✔️Europe was not a chill vacation🥵 I have never walked so much in my life haha. I wanted to do/see everything & was exhausted by the end of every night 😴positano steps iykyk
✔️there WAS bouts of loneliness/what ifs but what’s crucial was my mindset; a small shift in gratitude changed everything :)
✔️I went without a plan when in general, I am very much a type a, plan everything out girlie pop. That was the most beautiful part about the trip.. I went with the flow & met so many incredible people along the way 🧡
✔️ sitting alone at a restaurant is a power move 🫶🏼
I created a highlight of the trip on my profile if y’all want more details! I will be recapping the rest of my trip this week on stories..still haven’t caught up 🥲I will also leave a question box for y’all to ama.. I missed the last ones due to travel! Thank you for all the recommendations & tips along the way.. i loved sharing with y’all. Have y’all thought about traveling solo? ⬇️🤍
