Becoming a dad completely changed the way I look at fitness.

I used to focus on performance, aesthetics, and personal goals.

Now I think more about energy, longevity, and the example I’m setting every day.

These are some of the biggest lessons fatherhood has taught me about health and fitness.

Which one resonated with you the most?

Most parents think they need an hour to work out.

That’s one of the biggest reasons they never start.

Try this instead:

• 10 Pulse squats
• 10 high knees
• 10 push ups
• 10 reverse lunge per leg
• 10 rows
• 60 second plank

Repeat 2–4 rounds.

Done in less than 15 minutes.

You don’t need a perfect plan.

You need a plan you’ll actually follow.

Comment TIME if that’s the excuse you’ve been using.

This is my third child, so trust me when I say this:

There will always be laundry.
There will always be work.
There will always be dishes, appointments, and responsibilities.

If you’re waiting for life to slow down before taking care of yourself, you’ll be waiting a long time.

The parents who stay healthy aren’t the ones with perfect schedules.

They’re the ones who learn how to move forward while life is still happening.

Not perfectly.
Consistently.

Kids didn’t make you gain fat.

Most parents slowly start:
• Moving less
• Sitting more
• Sleeping less
• Eating more convenience foods
• Stopping strength training

And over time, their body changes.

You do NOT need:
• A perfect schedule
• Long workouts
• A gym membership

You need:
• Daily movement
• More protein
• Short strength sessions
• Consistency

Start small.
Make it repeatable.
Build from there.

Comment PLAN and I’ll send you my realistic fat loss guide for parents.
