Hi everyone and welcome to SG Performance Co. My name is Sarah Gaither and I am one of the coaches and the founder of SGP Co. These past few years I’ve been planning something very exciting … starting in 2015, I’ve been training and studying at the University of Akron, Kent State University, even UCLA earlier this year. After relocating to Los Angeles and connecting with elite coaches throughout my career (so far), I’ve worked very hard on developing my own training services to offer to you all!
