uch as Zoom or FaceTime. No exercise equipment necessary. BASKETBALL TRAINING:
Strength and Skill Development. Focuses on the fundamentals using proven techniques that appropriately challenge each player in a fun, positive and disciplined manner.

Hi I’m Marcus

I’m a Los Angeles based trainer who specializes in strength and functional movement training for clients at various levels of fitness.

My passion for fitness and athletic development began as a collegiate basketball player. I experienced horrible low back pain that limited my ability to enjoy the game. I knew I had to do something about it. When I learned the functional movement method it completely changed my training style. I have had great success in applying it to my personal fitness journey and in my work with clients.

I work with an extremely wide range of clients: from elite athletes to those dealing with the challenges of aging bodies. Every training program is specific to each client’s movement function, goals and challenges. My goal is for you to move your body more effectively and do more than you ever thought was possible.
