The photo on the left was 5 years ago. I owned a hot yoga studio, worked out constantly, tracked everything I ate, and still felt inflamed, puffy, and stuck.
The photo on the right is after 2+ years on GLP-1 therapy.
I lost almost 40 pounds in the first few months and have maintained my weight ever since with a simple maintenance dose. My A1C dropped from 5.8 to 5.2, my cholesterol normalized, my blood pressure improved, and my recent labs were nearly perfect across the board.

My little peanut graduated high school last night!! I still can’t believe it 😭. I am so proud of him and all of his achievements. He is so smart, talented and motivated. After the summer, he will be off to New York City to attend academy of dramatic arts in Manhattan. I am so excited for him to start this next chapter ! ♥️♥️♥️
