Apparently it's time to show my range. 👀💪

My favorite part of being a trainer isn't how many exercises I can teach...it's how many different people I've had the privilege of helping!

I've coached kids, older adults, beginners, experienced gym goers, and clients navigating injuries, surgeries, and health conditions, and every person has taught me something!

Because fitness isn't one-size-fits-all. Your workouts should meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be!

You don't have to look like a fitness person to deserve a place in fitness. ❤️

Wherever you're starting from, I'd love to help you take the next step! 📩 DM me or click the link in my bio to schedule a consultation and let's talk about your goals.

I 100% agree!!

Okay, this one always ruffles feathers. 😬

Walking, yoga, Pilates, cycling — all of these are genuinely great forms of exercise and you should do them if you like them ! 🙌🏻

AND — if strong bones are the goal, these exercises are just not enough stimulus on their own.

Bones need real load — things like heavy, progressive resistance training and high-impact work — to get the signal to hold onto and build density. 🏋🏼‍♀️

The good news is — it’s never too early (or too late!) to work on your bone health!

If you wanna know exactly what that looks like…

✅ Risk factors for osteoporosis (brittle bones)

Don't let your mood decide whether you show up. 💯

Work out tired.
Work out stressed.
Work out happy.
Work out when you're not feeling it.

You don't have to feel motivated every time...you just have to stay committed to the plan! 💪🏼

Of course, rest when your body truly needs it. But don't let a temporary mood become a permanent excuse.

A little reminder that your trainer is human, too. ❤️

In 2024, I was at my heaviest and measured 33.8% body fat.

I was still working out, but I was eating in a calorie surplus, moving less, and honestly…I didn't feel comfortable in my body. I had settled into it without really doing anything to change it.

After an elbow injury in 2025, I decided it was time to get intentional.

I tracked my food, created a calorie deficit, increased my steps, prioritized sleep and hydration, and eventually hired a fellow trainer to help keep me accountable.

I reached my goal weight for my StrongFirst certification and went from 33.8% → 30.7% body fat.

Then I decided I wanted to break 30%.
So I stayed consistent.

By May 2026, my DEXA scan showed 28.4% body fat. 🎉

I'm incredibly proud of myself not because I achieved some “perfect” body, but because I proved to myself that small, consistent changes really do add up.

And that's what I want my clients to know:

You don't need to be perfect.
You don't need to make drastic changes.
You need a plan you can actually stick to. ❤️
