With a pair of dummbells, try these moves:
Shoulder press
Stationary lunge
Romanian deadlifts
Bent Over Rows

Do each move for 2-3 sets for 10-12 reps, and let me know how it goes! It’s a quick full body workout you can do anywhere 💪🏼
