As much as I wish it wasn’t, this is real. Can’t make this sh*t up. I don’t really care that he dropped an F-bomb. But the inhumanity, the racism, the absolute lack of diplomacy. Not a leader. A petulant, bratty baby man (or is it out-of-touch, entitled white supremacist octagenarian that needs a nap) that is angry his little war project went sideways.

Is there really anyone - except the most die-hard white supremacist, white power, neo-Nazi - that is falling for this insanity?

I can appreciate the freedom of choice and opinion (when it doesn’t endanger or infringe on basic human rights and freedoms) but PLEASE feel free to help me understand.

How was your weekend? Most don’t know that every weekend (when not traveling), you can find me at the CA Wildlife Center Marine Mammal unit, working with orphaned and sick marine life, including Elephant seals, CA Sea Lions, Harbor seals, occasional dolphins, whales and countless sea birds - gulls, pelicans and a host of sea birds you don’t typically find on land.

Pictured here is Green (named only by the color markers used to identify) who I’m trying to coax into the pool for feed time. But Green is the very first Ellie I’ve ever met that’s afraid of water!!! Work in progress!

This isn’t a petting zoo and we’re not training animals. Quite the contrary.
is a non-profit dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and releasing native CA wildlife. This is my way of giving back to my home state, and a planet that has gifted me with its many wonders (and we humans aren’t doing the environment and its inhabitants any favors).

Moving from National GF team to Franchise Business Partner with Crunch Fitness last year, it’s been more than a minute since I’ve had the opportunity to teach in front of the camera.

Thank you and for inviting me back, and this time on a class series near and dear to my heart: Yoga for Athletes. 4 classes that focus on the fundamentals of movement for power, strength, flexibility, mobility and injury prevention.
My body is sore, my heart is full and deeply appreciative for companies that are willing to choose experience, talent and creativity over aesthetics, age and trend.

Can someone, anyone please explain how the hell this makes any sense? Because of politics and greed, American families - CHILDREN - are about to lose access to food. But our President feels the need to spend $300million+ of our tax dollars on a new ballroom to entertain his friends?
If you support this… please, please try to explain to me how you can sleep at night in your bed of hypocrisy.
