The redevelopment of Ryan Field in Evanston, Illinois, is transforming Northwestern University’s historic football stadium into a new, state-of-the-art venue. StormTrap installed a 6'-0" SingleTrap on the west side and a 10'-6" DoubleTrap on the east side, maximizing underground storage while minimizing the required footprint and meeting the project’s construction timeline. Together, these systems provide over 366,000 cubic feet of stormwater storage, helping manage heavy runoff and protect the surrounding community from flooding. With more than 20 StormTrap vaults across campus, this project builds on StormTrap’s longstanding presence at Northwestern University.
