We've gotten feedback that you are having trouble registering for our Healthy Happy Hour with Jenna this Saturday night and we want to help! You know her, you love her, you laugh with her. Here's a little bit more to know and love about Instructor Extraordinaire Toni D.

My hometown: Brooklyn, NY

My background and certifications: 14 years formal dance training with a heavy concentration on RAD ballet, contemporary, hip hop and jazz styles. Level 2 certified in the Pop Physique method.

At Pop I am: Instructor Extraordinaire

My favorite Hollywood spot: Sassafras Saloon. Great specialty cocktails, wonderful live music and walking distance from a taco truck with no limit on condiments. Score.

When I'm not at Pop: I am performing comedy and karaoke over confidently throughout LA.

I bet you don't know: The kitchen is my favorite room in the house. I can spend hours prepping, cooking and cleaning with a great playlist in my Minnie Mouse apron.

At my center: I am full of salted caramel, creamy nougat and bits of bacon.

Meet Frith and Victoria. Our favorite Kiwi imports and clients of the month. They describe Pop as: Gloriously Painful, Fun
Addictive, Strength, and Party.

What do you do for a living?
We are both actors from New Zealand

How long have you been taking at Pop?
Since we arrived in LA, 3 and a half weeks ago.

How do you for Pop into your schedule?
We make sure we have time for a pop class nearly every day. It's a great way for us to unwind and let off some steam while we're doing our show Munted at the Stella Adler. So, we actually fit our schedule around our pop classes!

What is the biggest change you've noticed in your body since you started Pop Physique?
More definition everywhere! We are noticing a lot more lean muscle and feel a lot stronger than when we started. Plus our butts are getting smaller and perkier (we know, we've photographed our progress!).

What is your favorite part of class?
Vic: For me it's those last few seconds of the thigh workout, knowing you're going to make it and pushing through the burn.
Frith: I can never choose one thing so I love the arm workouts and all the core stuff, really satisfying. And the great music tracks, they really help. And the STAFF ARE AMAZING!! I will miss Pop so much when I go back home (definitely buying all the DVDs).

What is a personal goal you have?
Vic: To even out my weaker and stronger spots - I'm a terrible cheat when I go to the gym, I just work out my strong areas!
Frith: I want a fit and lean physique and to build my core strength.
What is your favorite restaurant in the neighborhood?
Cafe 101. Where we've been unsuccessfully stalking Ryan Gosling.

If you could sum up Pop Physique in 3 words, what would they be?
Vic: Gloriously Painful Fun
Frith: Addictive Strength Party
