How many of you are introverts or have been on a team with introverts? In this great TedTalk by Susan Cain, she teaches us that 50% of the population are introverted but we, as a society, still reward extroverts and believe that they are better leaders, more confident, and have better ideas. In doing so, we end up missing all the great, well-thought-out ideas that the introverts have to offer!
