Feeling unmotivated is completely NORMAL…especially in seasons when life feels full. We lose our motivation because it takes a massive amount of mental energy to plan workouts, meal prep, make sure you’re training right, long enough, hard enough (twss), at the right time and in all the right ways.

It’s literally just too much to think about.
