DROP a 💯 if you believe in the power of a made up MIND.
The MIND is our first and last line of defense. The person who controls your mind, controls your body.
We must consistently feed our minds with EMPOWERING THOUGHTS and follow those thoughts up with action.
❌ Here is a short list of things that disempower our minds :
1. ❌POOR NUTRITION - processed foods, alcohol, w**d, cigarette.
✅ When we put healthy fuel in our bodies, the difference parts function as they were designed to.
2. ❌COMPLAINING - not taking ownership, blaming others for our downfalls (lack of accountability).
✅ When we take full responsibility of the problems in our lives, we figure our the necessary things that we must change and implement to become the SOLUTION.
3. ❌Living a sedentary lifestyle - atrophy kicks in, metabolism slows down, we become weak, confidence level decreases, and the body stops functioning as it was designed to function.
✅ Exercise builds self-confidence, self-esteem, boosts feel good endorphins, we become stronger and more conscious about what we put in our bodies, etc. etc. etc.

If you’re on a fitness MISSION, keep it super simple… Eat whole foods, drink water, exercise regularly and make sure that your internal dialogue is always empowering.
