As a reiki master, I find it essential to spend time in nature to stay focused. A hike in nature is one remedy. Griffith Park has over 53 miles of known trails. I have selected six different hikes that will calm and connect you to nature. Feeling the power of nature brings a calmness & connection to the joy of life. The shortest hike is two miles and the longest is over six miles. Each trail provides wild life and amazing views. I am excited to share the incredible beauty of Griffith Park with you.
