For those of you not happy with the Terra Shield smell... you know who you are :-)

My favorite mosquito repellent mix:

10 drops lavender essential oil.
10 drops tea tree essential oil.
10 drops peppermint essential oil.
10 drops lemongrass essential oil.
5 drops geranium essential oil.
5 drops arborvitae essential oil.

Fill in the rest of bottle with water. You can also add 1 Tbsp of Vodka if you like. Apply topically or in the diffuser (just few drops from each EO), enjoy the pleasant smell and peace from the bugs.

Yummy snack for hot summer afternoon. Chia, mango coconut milk and drop of Lime essential oil!

Blend coconut milk, mango, spoon of maple syrup and drop of lime. Then add chia seeds (about 1/3 cup for 14 oz of coconut and 1 mango). Pour into bowl and garnish with rest of mango cut into pieces. Let sit in fridge for about 15 min. Then Enjoy!!!!
