WISE, Women Involved in Sports Evolution WISE, Women Involved in Sports Evolution The athlete/individual is approached from all sides by the WISE Athletic Directors.

An orientation/intake and fitness test are performed to determine and assess a correct starting point, training program design, goal setting and tracking. WISE has worked with City Impact in Oxnard, CA, with a population prone to Diabetes and obesity, creating a healthful lifestyle program, teaching healthy eating and incorporating exercise on a daily basis. WISE has trained several champions over

the years, including, CIF, State, National, World, Olympic and Professional Athletes. WISE also specializes in training for Law Enforcement, Fire & Safety.

*WISE has also worked with and trained local male football players, a past Stanford Rose Bowl Champion, along with other male participants from various sports.

*WISE is open to all ages and levels of athleticism.

WISE, Women Involved in Sports Evolution, since it's inception 20 years ago has publicly proclaimed itself to be, WISE IS ALCOHOL, DRUG & TO***CO FREE. This is a great article supporting part of that decision. The other was to be consistent in being a good role model for young people. When the bylaw was introduced several board members quit the board. WISE has gone on to enjoy tremendous success over the years.
