WE FIT MOMS

WE FIT MOMS - fitness activities for moms. Groups meet on Saturday mornings. Weekday strength/fitness classes are also held in Silverlake and online (Zoom).

Connecting women, families, kids to fitness events, activities, and the running and hiking communities throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and Ventura counties. We Fit Moms offers in-person fitness groups that hike and run in Griffith Park and the San Fernando Valley for women/moms of all fitness levels. They also enjoy social events like book clubs and moms night out and charitable activit

ies. We Fit Moms trains for and partners with local races like 5K and marathon runs, triathlons, and hiking events where the whole family can get involved and be active.
