Happy Yalda!

We (Persians) celebrate the longest night of the year by getting together and spending quality time with our loved ones. This is a reminder to all of us that every second matters & if we are given this opportunity, we need to understand its value & use it to its fullest 😊

We normally eat pomegranate & watermelon 🍉 & read some poems & listen to each other’s stories….

When you immigrate without your family, you just look at other peoples pictures & feel good!

Our wedding anniversary is at the same time as Yalda & we are normally on vacation around this time.

I just wanted to posted something red & interestingly enough this picture of mine kinda looks red & Yalda-ish!

When I started my YouTube channel & took Instagram more seriously, I was just thinking about adding value & explaining things I knew in both Farsi & English to make sure I can help more people.

I started with only one promise to myself & that was: to make sure each video I post is better than the previous one even just a tiny little bit.

I was really enjoying the process because I could see more and more people are using my content to make a difference in their life.

This gives me so much fulfillment as my WHY is to shine a light on what is unseen so that all of us can achieve our potential.

My only concern was that I wanted to get to 10k followers so that I could add a “swipe up” link to my stories for you guys to be able to get access to my content easier.

But then something happened couple of days ago! I caught myself thinking about IG algorithm and number of views and all these nonsense stuff and feeling down as if my efforts are worthless!!!

At the same time I was getting messages from several of you guys and also from my clients that they are getting GREAT results and achieving things that they didn’t think are possible this fast.

All of these made me happy but soon I would question myself on if I am really helping people achieve their goals!! (Writing this makes me feel like it was really obvious but deep down my success kinda was attached to the number of likes and views on my IG content!!!!)

2 nights ago I was doing some reflection & “journaling” & realized I was sooooo fulfilled before even without getting any likes or views! & the reason was that I was ENJOYING THE JOURNEY & I was focused on THE PROGRESS & not the results!!!

So long story short, instead of thinking about THE RESULTS, focus on THE JOURNEY & the progress you make will make you feel FULFILLED 🥰

I’ve had a training on goal setting before but a very short version of it is to set SMART goals. Use this technique and set your goals for the next 8 weeks and don’t forget to come back and update us again before the end of the year.

When you are done with each goal you set here and declare in the comment section, come back and put a check mark ✅ underneath it.

شجاعت چیه؟
Courage means you’re scared but still do it! Be courageous!

Every time you feel scared instead of focusing on what can go wrong, think about this sentence, think about people who have achieved what you want to achieve. Think about what you need to do to get there and be even better. Believe me, first step is being courageous and taking action!

🔥 Think about one thing that you did and a goal you’ve achieved in your life, do you remember how scared you could’ve been? But you took action and achieved results anyways, right? So, use the same technique more often!

🔥 Share with us one of your achievements and tell us how it felt at that moment and how it feels now when you are looking back?

شجاعت یعنی میترسی ولی با این وجود باز هم عمل میکنی! شجاع باش!

هروقت که میترسین، بجای تمرکز رو اینکه چه اتفاقای بدی میتونه بیفته، به این جمله فکر کنین و به کسایی فکر کنین که به چیزهایی که شما میخواین دست پیدا کردن. به این فکر کنین که چطوری شمام میتونین به اونجا یا بهتر از اون برسین؟
باور کنین که قدم اول اینه که شجاعت به خرج بدین و عمل کنین.

🔥 الان به یکی از کارهایی که قبلا کردین و توش به موفقیت رسیدین فکر کنین، یادتون میاد چقدر ترس و شک داشتین یا میتونستین داشته باشین؟؟ اما درهرصورت انجامش دادین و نتیجه گرفتین، درسته؟؟ پس همون تکنیک رو تو جاهای دیگه‌ای که شک و ترس میاد اجرا کنین.

WOW 🤩 بیشتر از ۶۰ نفر از ۷ تا کشور دنیا دور هم جمع شدیم و گره‌ها رو باز کردیم و همه چیز رو مرتب کردیم و فهمیدیم چطوری میتونیم تصمیم‌گیری کنیم و بهش پایبند بمونیم.

از اهمیت تصمیم‌گیری گفتیم و تاثیرش تو سرنوشتمون.

گفتیم که شفافیت چقدر مهمه و تو چه چیزهایی باید شفاف باشیم. چطوری استراتژی بریزیم و بعدش چه کار کنیم که متعهد بمونیم به عمل کردن.

خیلی از شماها سوالای فوق‌العاده مهمی پرسیدین و خیلی‌های دیگه‌تون هم تو چت نوشتین: “واااای مور مور شدم، این دقیقا سوال منم هست”

متوجه شدیم که ما تنها نیستیم، سوالامونم مختص به ما تنها نیست.

فهمیدیم که دانش وجود داره و بسه هرچی که دنبال انگیزه و اینسپایر شدن گشتیم، وقتشه که دست بکار شیم و آدم‌هایی که باید رو تحلیل کنیم و ازشون یاد بگیریم و عمل کنیم.

عجججججببببب ورکشاپی بود، به من که خیلی چسبید، انقدر انرژیتون عالی بود که ۴ ساعت رفتیم و من که پر از انرژی بودم و اگر گشنگی و بقیه برنامه‌ها اجازه میداد به کوچینگ‌های تک نفره ادامه میدادم 🔥🔥🔥🔥

یادتون نره داشتن یک کوچ میتونه کلی در زمان شما صرفه‌جویی کنه و کلی از چیزهایی که میخواین رو زودتر میتونین بهش برسین و راه براتون شفاف‌تر بشه😊
