Post travel reset!
What I’ve been eating to get in the best shape possible, that is; the stronger version of myself both physically and mentally. Without restricting what I’m eating, simply adding more intention to the foods that give my body energy and mind mental clarity. Yes, there is still dark chocolate most nights, burgers, pizzas on weekends and nights I need to grab and go; and yes those moments are important, even on a health kick, to continue every now and then to fuel your soul.
