Client Highlight: Isamar

When Isamar came in, she had zero background in nutrition or how to fuel her body around training—but that didn’t stop her. We got to work right away, and in just 3 months, she dropped 17lbs 🔥 while maintaining her aesthetics and getting stronger 💪🏽 every week.

✅ Client Highlight: Yess

This one’s a perfect example of what happens when you commit to the process up to 90% not just training and nutrition, but what’s under the iceberg too, managing her sleep, recovery, and stress.

With Yess, building the stronger version of her was the key. We ran a small surplus for about 8 weeks to build quality muscle (especially in the glutes 🍑), then transitioned into a slight cut to hold onto those gains while bringing her body fat down and keeping that wait lean to give her that hour glass look.

Patience and consistency were key 🔑

The goal was a more lean muscle, less fluff, look, keeping her body looking and feeling strong.

The photo on the left, she was sitting at 132 lbs.
The one on the right, we got to 120 lbs with more muscle, less bloat, and an even leaner look ⌛️

We kept her body tight through the process while building shape in all the right places.
We made every gain count 💪🏽

J has been out for a few years, from progressing lifting. His goal is to build lean muscle mass, in the process lose fat, and move better.

We started J off with a FMS (Functional Movement Screen) test, to really nail down
movement quality, identify imbalances, and address weaknesses. By pinpointing both mobility or stability issues, we can reduce injury risk, improve performance, and build a solid foundation for strength and fat loss.

We are applying FMS specific progressive corrections in his program all within resistance training and conditioning, to really amplify his programs success to build lean muscle mass and lose fat in the process by addressing all of the above 💪🏽

Some examples from these pictures:

1. Lateral Step Ups: to address weakness and instability in the hips.

2. Glute Bridges: To address underactive glutes, core and pelvic stability to Improve hip mobility.

3. Sled: To builds strength and endurance in a safe, low impact way, meanwhile we progress.

Excited to see his progression in the next couple weeks to come!

Client Highlight!

Let’s go!!

When we consulted, Ash was frustrated after trying to lose stubborn fat with no success through out her fitness journey, no matter what she tried. She felt stuck at 154 lbs, but she refused to give up. She told us what her goals were, our job was to make sure her experience was different and with results!

With the right training, nutrition, consistency, and patience she pushed past every challenge and dropped 36 lbs, hitting 118 lbs, stronger, and leaner!

Her results didn’t happen by chance. They happened because she showed up, put in the work, and trusted the process💪🏽

Swipe ➡️ To learn how to handle judgmental food comments.

When you’re on a Fitness journey, you’re bound to hear judgmental comments coming from all across the table.

Briefly:
Your progress will not suffer in one day! Your progress didn’t happen over night, and your progress won’t be ruined over night! Health is built from what you consistently do over a period of time!

So if you’re having some food anxiety, because of your progress and judgmental comments:

1. You won’t get fat, over night and most importantly you won’t ruin your progress. I promise you’ll be ok 🙏🏽

2. Smile, laugh, breathe, live the moment! Enjoy your people, Life is way too short to restrict yourself from your favorite foods especially in special occasions. I promise you’ll be ok 🙏🏽

The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”
– Lao Tzu

Long over due post: swipe for results

The first step was a process, but Elza lost 22lbs in just 6 weeks, this was due to her continuous eagerness to learn and habitual changes in foods and time management all in a stress free manner. Long story short she did her homework, stuck to the plan and we hit her goal, to be under 200lbs.

with my client Gabby and the results are nothing short of amazing! Our initial goal was to shed a healthy 5 lbs for her a wedding, but we ended up dropping an incredible 16 lbs!
In the process we’ve focused on sculpting her back, tightening her waist, and building up her legs and the difference in her body composition is speaking for itself.

The secret?

Sticking to the plan and staying consistent, no matter what. It might sound cliché, but trust me when you commit and follow the program, you WILL see results.
