Let’s give it up for Blake Fink! 🔥🔥🔥

Good afternoon, runners! The Cook Medical Beat the Heat 5K is coming up Saturday night at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds, and the Twin City Track Club is sprinting toward the finish line in introducing the runners in the Elite 5Ks. Their races will be the Road Runners Club of America state championship events.

You also can sign up to participate or volunteer in the open Beat the Heat 5K at BTH5K.org.

We’re introducing multiple runners each day this week through Friday!

Woohoo! 🎉🎉🎉 Gate City Athletics took home 1st place at WTF 2025! Up next is Northern Trails on March 8.

❓ What's the definition of a club ❓
Just a group of people running together! You don’t have to have an official club to participate in the Club Cup competition. No fancy shirts or website? No problem! Run clubs, triathlon clubs, fitness groups, social clubs, corporate teams, high school cross country teams, or groups of family/friends/coworkers – all clubs are welcome!

WTF 2025 ❄️ We ran in snowy, wet, muddy trails today. An epic winter trail race!

Gate City Athletics crushed it 💯 We had 13 runners compete and 11 podiums! 🎉

AAU Track and Field National Cross Country Championships were epic!

3 PR’s, tons of fun, and we all loved eating Mexican food afterwards 🎉 Incredibly proud of our team.

Gate City Athletics brought the energy and fun to NC Middle School & Age Group Championships at Hagan Stone! 🔥

Sophia Wren placed 2nd in Girls 3K Ages 9-10 with a time of 13:31.24 🥈 3K = 1.86 miles

Braelyn & Madisyn ran strong races 💯 Madisyn is a sprinter and she ran her first XC meet today in the middle school 4K with a time of 21:48.56 🔥

4K = 2.48 miles

So excited to see these girls progress over our next 6 weeks of training together! We are training for AAU XC Nationals on December 7 in Charlotte, NC! 🌟
