Hey guys! This has been my Curvaceous Cardio for the past 2 weeks! Uphill short sprint segments! Find a hill and build those curves while CUTTING the fat! 🍑🦵🏽 💪🏽
With the way my body responds to general cardio (running on level ground no incline/long distance running, treadmill no incline, etc) I quickly loose my curves in the hip and butt region. After learning to switch to my curvaceous cardio after trial and error, I found stairs, cycling, rollerblading, and short sprint/uphill conditioning to be the most effective to cutting stubborn tummy and overall body fat while maintaining and GROWING b***y, and sculpting thighs!
Find a street uphill segment, mountain, sand dunes (YIKES😮), or uphill trail near you!
