Money blocks don’t live in your mindset. They live in your body, your nervous system, your subconscious programming.

Here’s how to find and clear them:

Step 1: Follow the feeling... where in your body do you feel constriction around money?

Step 2: Ask what belief lives there... “Money is hard,” “I always struggle,” “Rich people are bad”

Step 3: Trace it to its origin... usually childhood, family, or early experiences

Step 4: Do the inner work... EFT, somatic release, hypnosis, coaching

Step 5: Anchor in the new story through action and embodiment
