How to Let Go and Let God Lead Your Life…🕊️
There was a season in my life where I was trying to control everything—my decisions, healing, income, and direction.
I thought if I just kept trying harder and stayed in control, everything would eventually fall into place.
But instead… I felt exhausted, heavy, and disconnected.
And one day I realized:
“I am doing my best in every area… but I don’t actually feel at peace.”
That was my turning point.
That’s when I began learning how to let go and let God lead my life🤍
Life Lesson: Alignment Over Attachment
Letting go is not giving up.
It is releasing attachment—to outcomes, timelines, people, beliefs, identities, roles, habits, patterns, and situations that no longer feel aligned.
Not all attachment is unhealthy…
But when it creates pressure, fear, doubt, worry, anxiety, or confusion—it’s no longer aligned.
Sometimes attachment looks like:
• draining or toxic relationships
• manipulative or diminishing dynamics
• habits that no longer support your growth
• situations that consistently take your peace
Attachment feels heavy. Alignment feels clear.
So I began to ask myself:
🔸 “Is this aligned with my peace?”
🔸 “Or is this attachment keeping me stuck?”
And I choose alignment—even when it requires letting go.
How to Truly Let Go (Energetic Reset)
1️⃣ Name it (feel into it):
“I release what no longer aligns with my peace.”
2️⃣ Breathe (3–5 cycles):
Inhale love & light ✨
Exhale heaviness 🌫️
3️⃣ Reset your energy (auric field):
“Cancel, clear, delete. That was then. This is now.”
4️⃣ Re-align identity + feeling state + affirmations:
“I am peace. I am clarity. I am grounded in purpose. I am divinely guided. I am prosperity. I am whole. I am worthy. I am complete.”
🗣️ Real Talk
Will you be misunderstood? Yes.
Will you be judged? Yes.
Will you face disappointment? Yes.
But none of that defines your unique God-given path.
You stop abandoning yourself for external approval & validation.
You return to Truth, clarity, and divine alignment.
